YSPN360 is excited to announce that Haylie Wagner—left-handed pitcher for the NPF’s Chicago Bandits—has joined the talented roster of coaches! The southpaw hurler has been playing professionally since 2015 and will bring a depth of knowledge that will definitely impact our community of young softball players, as well as the parents and coaches.
From YSPN360’s CEO, Lou Birdt:
“We couldn’t be more proud to have Haylie Wagner join our exclusive coaching staff. A big part of a player’s development isn’t just in learning the mechanics or strategies of their sport from a coach—it’s having the opportunity to hear stories and “what I would do in these situations.” Haylie will be able to bring that to our community, a been-there-done-that experience to our members which again, is so critical to development.”
Haylie is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she still holds the Wolverines’ record for wins as a freshman (32) and finished her career with an impressive 100-18 record. The native of Orange, California has played for the Chicago Bandits since 2017 and recently got a contract extension that will have her in the circle through the 2019 season.
