Coach Carda helped lead the WNT to the gold medal in the Pan American Championship in 2017, with a 3-1 record and a 2.15 ERA over 13 innings. An infielder/pitcher for the Chicago Bandits—in the National Pro Fastpitch League—she will represent the Red, White, and Blue from the circle as one of the team’s talented hurlers. She will compete with the other athletes for a spot on the 15-player roster for the Pan American Games, as the WNT plays in various tournaments and invites while prepping for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
